storage is important. Declutter closets to make them appear roomier. Toss away broken
items. Donate clothes you have not worn in a while. Go through your pantry and dispose
of expired canned goods. Pack away seasonal things you may not use all the time
but would like to bring with you on your next house. The more you keep, the

you, as a home seller, really needs to consider. Over pricing scares away
potential buyers. Too low of a price, buyers might think something is wrong
with the house. Try to be objective on the subject. The sold comps is what you
could potentially get for your home but it really is your competition that you
need to keep an eye on. You want your home to be the best-priced home in the
area.
Move-In Condition
Most home buyers just want to move in and not have to work
on the house they just purchased. Buyers love move-in ready homes. Because of
that, it sells faster and at a higher price. Consider making necessary repairs
